Due to the handcrafted nature of Crows Moon products, please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks for your item to arrive. Most items are shipped Priority Mail with a USPS tracking number. CrowsMoon.com must be notified within 36 (3 business days) of broken items along with a photo that clearly shows our product damaged and the item will be refunded minus shipping fee. CrowsMoon.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We do not provide refunds on any custom orders, services or digital orders. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any product or service after payment or delivery, so please choose your products and services carefully.
Please note that most orders are filled within 72 hours depending on the product(s) ordered. Custom orders can take up to one to two months or longer, depending on the size and nature of the order. International orders and orders shipped to military bases often take longer. If you need your order sooner than that and it is not a custom order, or it is a custom order that does not require an extensive amount of time to create, you can pay a rush fee of $25.00 and your order will be shipped within 3 business days. At any given time there can be up to 30 or more orders ahead of you. Unless it is specified in the product description, your item will be made and shipped in the order in which it was received.
I do ship internationally but international clients must understand once the items leave the US I have no control over their countries restrictions, customs problems and am not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items. International orders must be 100.00 or more plus shipping.
